About Us:
Aape Motel Kamuli is a fast-growing hospitality establishment known for excellent customer service and a comfortable, professional environment. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent guest service.
Manage bookings, budgets, and inventory.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or hospitality supervision or management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in hotel management systems and basic accounting.
Excellent communication in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
High integrity and customer-focused mindset.
