Avanti Energy Services Ltd is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy, drive business growth, and strengthen our market presence both locally and internationally.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, Petroleum Engineering, or related field 10+ years of cumulative work experience, including 3+ years in oil & gas marketing
Strong grasp of Uganda’s oil industry and market dynamics
Experience in overseas markets is a strong advantage Skilled in market analysis, planning, execution, and innovative marketing approaches
Proven leadership and cross-cultural communication abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and the local language
Resilient, adaptive, and solutions-oriented under pressure
