ABC SALES CONSULTING is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, BioHaz Waste Management Solutions, a growing leader in hazardous waste disposal and environmental services.
We’re looking for:
- Sales Lead
- Assistant Sales Lead
Both roles are based in Kampala and will play a central role in helping BioHaz expand into the private sector-working with hospitals, clinics, labs, and industrial clients.
Ideal candidates:
- Have 5+ years of B2B sales experience for the Sales Lead role
- 2-3 years’ experience for the Assistant Sales Lead
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Are confident selling to decision-makers in technical and institutional spaces
- Have a strong track record in consultative or solution-based selling
- Are proactive, professional, and ready to drive growth
