Branch Managers (4 Positions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff.
• Set performance goals and ensure targets are achieved.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Manage branch portfolio and minimize risks.
• Develop strategies to grow customer base and improve service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
