1. Customer Care & Lead Management (Boda Logbook Satellite)
- Attend to clients and those referred from all channels, capture correct KYC details.
- Follow up on leads generated from all sales channels
Guide clients through the loan process and ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) - Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve in-branch queries
2. Technical Oversight
- Conduct quality control checks to prevent theft, tampering, or poor placement
- Provide basic technical training or demos to clients if required
3. Satellite Oversight & Field Supervision
- Supervise daily activities in a designated satellite location
Monitor channel performance (agent/FSO/Associations/Walk-in) lead flow, and prompt loan disbursements. - Coordinate logistics: tracker availability, documents, client visits, etc.
- Act as the liaison between the satellite and main branch, ensuring targets and reports are aligned
- Provide daily/weekly updates on performance, client feedback, and operational challenges
4. Branch Operational Support
- Support the sales team in daily reporting, agent coordination, and tracker stock control
- Escalate challenges from both the main branch and satellite promptly

- Strong in customer communication and technical problem-solving
- Ability to multi-task across field and in-branch roles
- High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability
- Basic familiarity with Excel Microsoft/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
