Key Responsibilities
Mobilize and engage community members in project activities.
Support training sessions, focus groups, and workshops.
Gather community feedback and assist in project evaluations.
Document field activities and success stories.
Work closely with Project Coordinators and M&E Officers.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Community Development, Social Work, or related field.
Experience with community engagement work.
Good facilitation and communication skills.
Fluency in local languages is an added advantage.
