Host and facilitate engaging podcast episodes.
Research topics, prepare interviews, and script outlines.
Coordinate guest speakers and scheduling.
Promote episodes via social media channels.
Support post-production coordination with editing teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
Excellent speaking and storytelling skills.
Passion for youth empowerment and community issues.
Ability to engage diverse audiences.
Previous media, radio, or podcast experience is a plus.
