Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
Lead and mentor program teams.
Ensure programs align with organizational mission and goals.
Prepare reports, budgets, and strategic plans.
Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years experience managing programs.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with donor reporting and grant management.
