Context & Environment

  • Ensure smooth running and optimal performance of business applications/tools.
  • Align and adapt applications to current client, TEMUL, and Company requirements/needs.
  • Oversee deployment/upgrade and maintenance of Station Information Systems and oversee repairs for issues arising in infrastructure
  • Provide user support and training for internal users, clients and across various TEMUL sites.
  • Carry out routine diagnosis, and assessments to measure performance and utilization of various E-Tools and Station Information Systems – SIS

Activities

  • Liaise with IT and Business teams to manage and ensure the smooth running of all solutions related to customer experience
  • Oversee and supervise the roll-out of Station Information Systems (SIS) on the Retail Network by developing roll-out plans, follow-ups, and reporting on key performance indicators
  • Derive improvement schemes and work to ensure the affiliate obtains & delivers maximum value through the tools/systems/applications to the customers/clients
  • Create, provide & analyze performance reports/presentations to the business teams
  • Offer technical support through troubleshooting and configuration for all assigned SIS projects during planning, deployment, and maintenance
  • Ensure that all contractors undertaking projects are compliant with the safety standards of the company
  • Train internal staff & external users on full utilization of the deployed tools
  • Develop, ensure implementation, and update procedures governing the operation of various tools, systems, applications, and project infrastructure
  • Keep track of vendor contracts and all documentation for SIS installation & maintenance
  • Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory of all equipment at the service station

Candidate Profile

Minimum qualification: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or any other related course.

Minimum years post qualifying experience: At least 2 years of practical experience working with/developing and deploying IT-based Business Applications.

Type of experience: Practical experience working with/developing, supporting and deploying IT-based Business Applications.

Other requirements: Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, planning/organization, analytical ability, dynamic, listening, cross-functional, advanced sense of innovation, proactive, flexible, and compulsory driver’s license.
