CALL CENTER AGENT
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner (answering of incoming calls, do follow up calls & cold calls).
- Assist at the front desk by manning the front desk, welcoming & greeting guests, answer client questions & complaints. Ensuring the front desk is tidy & presentable.
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email; Identify customers’ needs, provide customers with product and service information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives, seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Use of the CRM; Enter new & update existing customer information, keep records of all conversations, document all call information according to standard operating procedures, Complete call logs, Produce call reports.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Attend exhibitions & activations to input data of leads captured.
- Any other duties commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility of this post.
- Supporting the overall marketing team.
