Risk and Compliance Officer

Join us as a Risk and Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage operational risks, safety, and compliance.
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Monitor & enforce loss prevention strategies.
Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Supervise store cleaning operations.
Train staff on compliance, conduct, and emergencies.
Qualifications & Skills:

Degree or relevant experience in Risk, Security, or Business Administration.
At least 2 years’ experience in retail or FMCG.
Skilled in incident reporting, compliance, and documentation.
Knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks and regulatory standards.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to handle pressure.
