Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet callers, providing information on our services
- Greet visitors warmly, connecting them to the appropriate staff member
- Contact security staff using radio-telephones when necessary.
- Record messages and suggest rewording for clarity or conciseness.
- Perform various cash handling tasks, including collecting payments.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Post-secondary Diploma in related fields.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Required Skills: Active Listening, Speaking, Social Perceptiveness, Service Orientation, Coordination.
- Required Knowledge Areas: Customer and Personal Service, Administrative, Computers and Electronics, Telecommunications.
