1. Job Title: Chief Metallurgical Engineer

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Chief Metallurgical Engineer with a Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in the gold mining industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the metallurgical team, optimizing plant performance, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.
*Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the metallurgical team to achieve production targets and optimize plant performance.
- Develop and implement metallurgical strategies to improve gold recovery and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports.
*Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Extractive Metallurgy, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in gold mining industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of optimizing plant performance and improving gold recovery.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
