- Safety & Operation Department Manager
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
Related majors such as safety engineering, supply chain management, project management.
Minimum 12 years of relevant management work experience in CNOOC, with a deep familiarity with the company’s internal management systems, business development status, and domestic business docking.
Proficient in professional knowledge of safety management, supply chain management, project management, etc., and master cutting – edge concepts and technologies in the industry.
Familiar with the key internal control management systems and management processes of CNOOC Energy Development, and be able to integrate system requirements into daily work.
Have excellent coordination and communication skills, be able to communicate effectively with various departments and levels of personnel inside and outside the company, coordinate the interests of all parties, resolve conflicts, and promote the collaborative development of work.
