Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy across the African continent. This is a high-impact role that combines strategy, creativity, and analytics to build a powerful digital presence for ETG. The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker and hands-on executor, capable of leading cross-cultural teams and delivering measurable digital impact in alignment with ETG’s mission.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership Develop and implement a unified digital marketing strategy across 20+ African countries (e.g., Kenya, Zambia, Ghana, Tanzania).
Align campaigns with ETG’s mission to empower farmers and grow sustainable agri-business.
Integrate the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies, including AI, automation, and agri-tech innovations.
What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, mobile apps, display advertising).
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Create and manage engaging content for social media, email, and blog.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
Optimize SEO and drive traffic to our website and Etsy store. Coordinate with designers for creative needs.
Explore new marketing trends and strategies
Maintain brand consistency and optimize customer engagement across all channels.
Use data analytics and KPIs to monitor performance and optimize marketing spend.
Team & Stakeholder CollaborationLead and mentor a multi-country digital team (content, design, and analytics).
Collaborate closely with Sales, Agronomy, and external partners to run integrated campaigns.
Present digital performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
Budget & Resource ManagementManage digital budgets to maximize ROI.
Strategically allocate resources across regions and initiatives.
Oversee ad management, reporting, and optimization.
Working ConditionsTravel: Up to 30% across Africa.
Availability: Full-time role, may include occasional weekends.
Work:Â Comfortable working in a global setting with team members across different time zones and cultures

Required
 Qualifications & Experience
Education: Master’s, Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma in a relevant field.
Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram marketing.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities, particularly in Google Analytics.
Design Skills: Basic graphic design proficiency (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools).
Communication: Excellent written communication skills.
Industry Experience: Background in e-commerce and/or SMS marketing is a plus.
