Rootical is hiring a Field Operations Intern to support in piloting a business model that combines syntropic agroforestry, water harvesting systems, solar energy access and presence based market systems in Soroti, Uganda.
About the role?
You’ll be:
Support farmer training in Syntropic agroforestry & water harvesting systems
Mobilizing and training farmer groups
Linking farmers to markets and helping them sell their produce
Collecting data on yields, soil health, and adoption rates Supporting the management of pay-as-you-use water/ energy services
Location: Soroti, Uganda
Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
Stipend (transport, meals, comms)
