Main responsibilities:

Execute and oversee sales operations across Uganda.
Manage client sales accounts including ensuring execution of all applicable documents for the sale.
Explore new market opportunities in Uganda and neighboring countries.
Set and achieve ambitious targets aligned with your KPls.
Ensure sales on credit are paid.
Collaborate with Sales Managers & Country Manager, tracking performance to ensure targets are met.
Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous market research, identifying key opportunities for growth.
Promote the success of the Company.
Qualifications/ Competencies:

A bachelor’s degree in any relevant field from a reputable institution
At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Experience in the agriculture sector is preferred
A proactive, confident, and independent professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex and unforeseen challenges
Work with integrity and honesty
