Sokoni Africa Limited is excited to offer a Hotel Human Resource Graduate Trainee program for recent graduates looking to kickstart their career in Human Resources within the hospitality industry. As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain valuable hands-on experience and insights into various HR functions, while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings
- Participate in onboarding activities for new employees
- Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention activities
- Support the management of payroll administration and compliance tasks
- Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as required
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
