Debt Collections intern
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contacting customers to collect outstanding debts.
Negotiating payment plans.
Identify Customers needs.
Answer Questions and Solve problems.
Remind customers on upcoming and Missed payments through calls and SMS
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year experience in call center and debt collections.
General computer knowledge
At least a diploma certification from a recognizable institution
Kampala based
