Responsibilities
Deliver Structured training sessions for new and existing applicators
Offer on-site supervision and guidance during product application
Conduct regular inspections of active projects for compliance with application standards
Monitor environmental factors, surface preparation, curing, and processes
Create professional, high quality product samples and color mockups
Must Have
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, construction management or related field
Excellent organisational, documentation, and reporting skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Highly creative and autonomous
Adaptability: Ability to manage unexpected changes and challenges in a dynamic environment
Nice to have
Practical experience with microcement or decorative coating systems
Willingness to travel frequently and work on active construction sites
Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions to keep projects on track.
Strong analytical skills
