Assistant Care Manager
Jubilee Health Insurance Company of Uganda (JHICU) seeks 3 Assistant Care
Managers at their Head Office.
ROLE:
SUPPORT CARE MANAGEMENT, FOCUSING ON IN PATIENT MEMBER FOLLOW-UP, CLAIMS REVIEW, PROVIDER INTERACTION, AND HANDLING INQUIRIES/PRE-AUTHORIZATIONS.
REPORTS TO THE MANAGER – CARE MANAGEMENT.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree/Diploma in Clinical/ Medical or related field.
Medical insurance understanding.
MS Office proficiency.
Experience in a busy healthcare/ hospital environment.
Strong communication & attention to detail.
