Customer Service Graduate Intern
Jubilee Health Insurance Company of Uganda (HICU) seeks 3 Customer Service Graduate Interns at their Head Office.
ROLE:
SERVE AS THE PRIMARY CUSTOMER CONTACT, HANDLING INQUIRIES AND RESOLVING ISSUES EFFECTIVELY.
REPORTS TO MANAGER – MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant Degree/Diploma (Clinical/ Medical preferred).
Medical insurance understanding.
MS Office skills.
Experience in a busy healthcare/ hospital environment.
Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
