Kyambogo College School
Kyambogo College School (KCS) intends to recruit a School Bus Driver to support the Logistics Department of the Institution in driving the Students and Staff to various destinations as may be pre-determined.
The School invites qualified personnel who may meet the requirements hereunder to submit applications for the job offer.
Responsibilities:
Driving the School Bus on a predetermined route;
Picking up and dropping off Students and Staff members to and from the assigned destinations;
Ensuring safety of the students, staff and the Vehicle;
Following the legally acceptable traffic regulations and safety protocols
Any other assignments that may be mandated under the job offer.
Qualifications:
1. At least an A-Level certificate – Academic qualification;
2. Valid class ‘DE driving license;
3. Formal driver Training certificate;
4. Defensive driving certificate;
5. Basic knowledge of vehicle (bus) mechanics;
6. Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
7. Knowledge of various laces in Uganda, both central and upcountry destinations;
8. Age requirement: must be between 40 to 55 years of age.
