VACANCY TITLE: HR and Administrative assistant

CONTRACT PERIOD: 1 YEAR RENEWABLE

JOB OVERVIEW
The job holder will provide administrative support to the HR department while gaining practical experience in various functions and exposure to leading projects in the digital space. To provide day-to-day HR support and contribution to the long-term development of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
– Maintain HR reports, timesheets, leave records, and attendance systems
– Assist in organizing interview venues, and coordinating with candidates.
– Ensure compliance with internal HR policies.
– Coordinate new hire onboarding activities.
– Ensure smooth daily operations of the office environment.
– Maintain vendor relationships and contracts related to office services
– Manage administrative support for meetings, travel bookings, and staff events.
– Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and service provider coordination.
-Positive attitude and a proactive approach to HR challenges, contributing to a vibrant and supportive workplace culture.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

-Diploma or bachelor’s degree in relevant field in Human Resources or Business Administration
-Over 2 years of experience in a similar position
-Strong organizational skills, document management, scheduling, and coordination
-High integrity, attention to detail, and strong ethical standards
-Problem-Solving Skills
-A team builder with excellent people skills, must be culturally sensitive

WORK HOURS: 11:30AM- 9:30PM

WORK DAYS: Monday to Saturday
