Job Title: Direct Sales Agent – Home Broadband

Reports to: Manager – Broadband

Main Job Functions:

Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
Perform physical and online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.
Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Keeps Sales supervisor informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Education:

Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing from a recognized University

Experience:

6 months -1 year working experience in sales industry.
Good knowledge of sales and retail industry trends, best proactive retail and service principles
