ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive passenger sales through travel agents, tour operators, and DMCs. You’ll be the key link between our airline and the travel trade, responsible for growing revenue, expanding market presence, and building strong, lasting partnerships. This role combines relationship management, commercial strategy, and hands-on sales execution to deliver results across key routes.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related
• 2+ years in sales/account management (travel/aviation preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship skills
• Commercial mindset, self-motivated, target-driven
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage trade accounts and drive passenger sales
- Identify upselling opportunities & grow market share
- Build strong partner relationships & conduct account reviews
- Support trade campaigns & gather market intelligence
- Track performance and report insights to leadership
