Sales Manager
Job description
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Monitor and report on sales performance to management.
- Oversee regional expansion, including new branches and staff training.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Coordinate account openings and promote ATM utilization.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analyze sales metrics for process improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns.
- Manage key accounts and resolve customer issues.
- Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in a sales management role in finance
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage the sales process from planning to closure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure
