CHIEF PLANT BOOSTER (a.k.a. Sales Rep – Bio-Fertilizer Division)
LOCATION:
Everywhere crops grow in Uganda (bonus points if you know where cows hang out, but we don’t use their poop.)
ABOUT US:
We make plants dance with joy. Our bio-fertilizer is brewed with avocado magic, minus the poop and drama. We’re on a mission to turn Uganda’s farms into green empires – sustainably, organically, and with a little sass.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Can convince a chicken to buy a bio-fertilizer even though it doesn’t farm
- Has charm, wit, and a borderline dangerous amount of confidence
- Can sell sugar to a sugarcane farmer
- Has energy levels higher than Kampala traffic at 5 PM
- Knows how to explain science in the local dialect and dance if needed
- Has a motorbike or legs with superpowers
- Can survive in mud, sun, and WhatsApp group chats
