WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT

1. Mission
Generate customer feedback on product experience and customer service efficiency.
2. Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries and complaints,
Recording tickets,
Escalating issues to supervisors,
Documenting information,
Staying knowledgeable about products/services

4. Criteria

Having at least a diploma in Communications, Business Social, or IT, proficiency in computer (MS Office)
Good communication skills, phone etiquette, listening, good data entry, multitasking, resilience, and teamwork abilities.
