Description
Talent Foresight is hiring a Telesales Associate to play a crucial role in expanding Talent Foresight’s client base by proactively reaching out to potential customers and promoting our products. This role requires a driven and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at building rapport, understanding client needs, and effectively presenting our value proposition.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on their needs and alignment with Talent Foresight’s offerings.
- Present and explain the benefits of Talent Foresight’s [services/products] to prospective clients.
Lead Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads in a timely and effective manner to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads to meet sales targets.
Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with potential clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Sales Performance:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace tools such as Spreadsheet
- Working knowledge of any CRM software would be a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of the Human Resource and Management consulting industry is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in any commercial-related field.
