Customer Care Representative / Receptionist to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints promptly and courteously
Schedule appointments and manage front desk calendars
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in an orderly condition
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and emails
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher is a plus)
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with phone/email systems
Friendly, professional appearance and demeanour
Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
